Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProofLedger platform, SDKs, and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
The Service
ProofLedger provides verifiable agent identity, a tamper-evident audit ledger, policy evaluation, outcome verification, and trust scoring for AI agents. We may update, improve, or change features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for your account, API keys, and all activity under them.
- Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach isolation or access other tenants’ data, no probing or disrupting the Service, and no reselling without authorization.
- You are responsible for the data your agents send and for having the rights and any necessary consents to send it.
Plans, billing, and limits
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plan limits (such as monthly run volume and data retention) are enforced by the Service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your Customer Data to train models.
Verification disclaimer
ProofLedger records and verifies the integrity of the audit data submitted to it — for example, that a hash chain has not been altered. It does not independently guarantee the truthfulness of the underlying real-world facts an agent reports, and it does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance certification. Verification results are tools to support your own judgment.
Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ProofLedger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and your plan’s retention window.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@tejos.co.
